Complaints Procedure
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who reaches out to Engedit Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Engedit Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. To be clear, Engedit Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@engedit.help and tell us:
- Your name and how to reach you
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
